Payroll Administrator/Manager – full time (part time considered)

Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage payroll process for approximately 180 payrolls with the assistance of 2 part time staff;
  • Prepare weekly/monthly payroll using Sage;
  • Process auto-enrolment pension payments using NEST and other pension providers;
  • Liaise with clients by telephone and e-mail;
  • Preparation and submission of subcontractor CIS returns with EPS to HMRC;

Personal requirements – good communication and organisational skills; confident in dealing with clients and able to build good client relations and continue the firm’s commitment to providing “personal service”.

Experience with Sage payroll preferable.
